The Marketing & Business Development team is seeking an assistant to provide support with a wide range of administrative tasks. The team consists of six colleagues, three specialising in Marketing and three in Business Development. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, enabling the team to focus on its core business activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Day-to-day MBD support
- Provide general administrative support: creation of PR/PO, layout of presentations
- Monitor the MBD mailbox and follow up on incoming requests
- Administrative support such as preparation of badges and marketing materials for meetings, seminars and events
Content & data maintenance
- Maintain and update lawyer profiles, bios and images (website and databases)
- Update credentials, rankings and quotes databases
- Manage marketing materials, image library and business cards
- Update intranet pages when required
Business Development support
- Support the preparation of pitches (layout, formatting, first drafts, ad hoc requests)
- Assist with legal directory submissions (mainly February–August)
- Support basic market intelligence tasks
- Support the London partner in the preparation and coordination of roadshows and major conferences: agenda, travel management, etc.
Your profile
You have at least two years of experience in an administrative role and are highly organised. You are comfortable setting your own priorities and can easily switch between tasks when needed. You combine this with strong communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with all types of stakeholders, and a solid technical skill set:
- excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English, both written and verbal
- proficient in MS Office, with a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Canva is appreciated

- The gross monthly salary for this role ranges between €3,000 and €4,000. The final salary offer will be determined based on objective criteria such as experience, skills, and internal salary structures.
