About the team

The Employment & Benefits team is composed of nine dedicated lawyers who advise both national and international clients on a wide range of employment and social security matters, including hiring and dismissals, collective labour law, compensation and benefits, and social security law.

We are currently recruiting a Dutch-speaking Law graduate with a passion for Employment and Benefits law.

What we expect

Our new colleague is:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with passive knowledge of French.
  • Graduating in 2026 and eager to start the bar internship at Liedekerke.
  • First-class Belgian law degree, an LLM or further studies in social/employment law are a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex matters and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach, with a passion for labour and social law.
  • Client-focused, with a practical, commercial mindset.
  • Team player, able to work independently as well.

Practical information

  • Start date: autumn 2025
  • Location: Brussels, with the option to also work from our Antwerp office.
