The Real Estate team
As a junior lawyer in our Real Estate practice, you will work closely with partners Yves Delacroix, Alexandre Emond and Laurent Pyls, as well as a team of 8 experienced professionals. From the start, you will be involved in a wide range of real estate matters and benefit from the guidance and support of senior colleagues.
You will collaborate with other leading departments in the firm: Tax, Regulatory (urban planning & environment), and Corporate & Finance, which will give you the chance to develop a broad, multidisciplinary perspective on real estate projects.
Our work covers all types of property: retail, hospitality & leisure, office, industrial (warehouses and production sites), residential care and residential developments. You will assist Belgian and international clients at every stage of their projects, from advising and drafting agreements to negotiations and dispute resolution.
This variety guarantees early exposure to diverse asset classes, complex transactions and cross-border work, making our practice an excellent place to build your expertise and grow as a lawyer.

What we expect
We are looking for a bright associate who:
- is Dutch speaking, has an excellent knowledge of English and a good knowledge of French.
- has a first-class Belgian law degree; additional studies in notary law are a plus.
- will graduate in 2026 and eager to start the bar internship at Liedekerke..
- has a great interest in real estate and property law.
- has strong analytical skills and is eager to learn.
- has a client-oriented, practical and commercial mind-set.
- has excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight schedules.
